How can I get free training money from the government? 
You must go down to the application office in your county and apply.

How do I start the process?
Make an appointment with your application office or just go to the office. *Please note each office has its own special hours and or days for applicants.

What if my unemployment runs out? 
With a signed letter from an approved training provider or school you unemployment benefits can be extended for up to 24 months.

What if my unemployment already ran out? 
With a signed letter from an approved training provider or school your unemployment benefits can be reinstated and extended for up to 24 months.

Will I find a training center or school where I live?
Yes, each county in every state has designated certified training centers and schools.

What if my county does not have the training I am looking for?
You can train or attend school in a different county anywhere within your state (Some States require special approval for this)

How long can I go for training or school?
The length varies by individual and depends on the degree you are looking to obtain. Training providers have programs lasting from 1 week to 4 years, depending on the degree or certification.

Can I retrain in a field other than my current field?
If you cannot find work in your current field because of a decline of growth in that field  your application office will help you choose another field to train in.

How long will it take for me to start training? 
Federally Funded Stimulus Money for job training or schooling is given out on a first come first serve bases. Each State gets funded and then your state distributes the money to each County.

Will I be able to get a degree?
Yes, all you need is to get approved by your application office.

Will I be able to get a bachelors or masters degree?
Yes, all you need is to get approved by your application office.
